When it comes to modern construction alternatives to traditional, pre engineered buildings are the preferred choice today. These are factory made buildings which are assembled at the job site during installation. Essentially, these are steel structures, where the primary and secondary frames are made from steel. These are cost effective structures which are optimum in weight and high on durability. After the components are ported to the job site, they are assembled together using different kinds of jointing systems like joists, bolts, etc.
While the structural frame of pre engineered buildings is made of steel, the walls comprise of kinds of insulated sandwich panels like EPS, PUF, Rockwool and glasswool. Alternatively, wall claddings can also be done of single skin metal, as per requirement.
